Our Mission

Easterseals MORC leads the way to a life of opportunity and connection for people with disabilities and behavioral health needs, their families and communities.

Welcome to Easterseals MORC Training

At Easterseals MORC, we're dedicated to enriching the lives of people with disabilities and special needs, and those who care about them.

Welcome to the space where growth happens, skills expand, and professional excellence thrives! At Easterseals MORC, we are committed to equipping the human service workforce with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to deliver outstanding support to the individuals and families we serve.

Our Learning and Development Department offers dynamic, high-impact training in behavioral health, mental health, and substance use disorders, with both asynchronous (self-paced) and synchronous (live) learning options to meet the diverse needs of our team.

We proudly maintain WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring every learner has equitable access to training and development.

Many of our trainings also provide opportunities to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs), helping you grow professionally while staying compliant with licensing requirements.
