Adverse Childhood Experiences Workshop (ACES)

When children are exposed to adverse and stressful experiences, it can have a
long-lasting impact on their ability to think, interact with others and on their
learning. ACES are any traumatic events that occur before and individual turns 18
and can impact their future.

Objectives

1. Learn how to recognize ACES and trauma responses within ourselves

2. Identify how those responses might affect future generations

3. What can we do to prevent the continuation of the cycle

4. What are cost free activities that help reduce ACES & promote prevention and healing
