An evidence-based group and individual intervention designed to reduce
symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, depression and behavioral
problems. CBITS will also help to improve functioning, grades, attendance,
and more.

Group Logistics

  • Middle and High School students experiencing symptoms of depression or related to trauma
  • 10-12 group sessions
  • 2 parent sessions
  • 1 hour per week
