Working with People: Train the trainer

Easterseals MORC’s Train the Trainer program continues a deep dive into the philosophy of Working with People with added emphasis on facilitation. This pathway also connects you with other people from around Michigan that are on their own journey to become trainers and ultimately creates a community of trainers and ambassadors of a Culture of Gentleness.

This course is designed to give you the tools you need to increase the likelihood of success for your culture of gentleness training initiative. Future trainers will be able to learn how to facilitate this material in ways that are consistent with the tenets of a Culture of Gentleness. We will start this two-day live learning session with an engagement exercise of getting to know each other and then move into how we can facilitate with intention. This topic is dedicated to how we can effectively facilitate learning.  We will also cover the Working with People Train the Trainer Trainer's guide and the material associated with supporting your training effort. There will also be an expectation on day 2 that will include you presenting a short presentation of one of the topics associated with this training that you feel comfortable presenting on.  Upon successful completion of this step, you will be asked to complete a survey and then your will be certified to train your group/organization.

Participants are required to have completed Easterseals MORC's Working with People training.
